2019 El Toro Freshman Football

Here’s a gallery for the El Toro Freshman Football Team. It was the last game of the season for both teams and I didn’t know it going in but this was a big game. This was for last place! El Toro had not won all season and Capo Valley had only won once. So if El Toro could beat Capo Valley they’d have identical records but Capo Valley would drop to last because of the head to head loss. So some pride on the line here. Trailing with just minutes to play and on their last drive on fourth and long Chargers connected on that pass above for a Hail Mary touchdown and took the lead. Capo couldn’t convert on their downs and most everyone thought the game was over with Chargers winning, but the referees called a 15 yard penalty and gave Capo another four chances but El Toro held on. Great stuff.
