The Banquet Slideshow

The cost is $200 per team. In this sample video from Esperanza Softball there is a JV and a Varsity Team, so the cost was $400. The video is just over fourteen minutes long. I try to make them between 12-15 minutes, a little longer with a Freshman Team mixed in. I add titles and graphics for “chapters” or a Coach’s motto, whatever you might want in here. If you want specific music let me know.

Senior Section

Most slideshows I do highlight the seniors. If you already do that in a speech or you have an insane amount of seniors (football teams) you might not want to eat up slideshow time with their own section, but it’s pretty common to have. For a senior chapter in your slideshow I can use family submitted photos, mine, or a combination of both. A guideline I use is 12-15 photos and about a minute per senior, and I usually put them all together in a single song, but this is only an outline. I used the Esperanza Softball slideshow as my sample because we really wanted to honor the four seniors and gave them another nine minutes. They each picked out a song and submitted about 25 photos. It was a great way to end the night, tears all around. Ha. So tack that on to the fourteen minutes above and the total was 23 minutes. Maxed out, but worth it! Senior section price range, $50-$200.

Slideshow DVD Copies

I will give you 10 DVD copies (per team) of the slideshow. You can give them to the players, or charge them a little bit to further cover the costs of your banquet. If you sell them for just $10, you’re $100 closer to having the slideshow paid for. Two teams, $200. If you want even more copies, I charge $3 per DVD. For sports with larger teams, like soccer and lacrosse, you could easily cover the cost of the slideshow.
