2024 El Dorado Soccer DANIEL

Here’s Daniel now playing varsity full time as the center back defender! Quite a switch from platooning on the wing on the freshman team. After the initial shock of seeing him with that buzz haircut I have to say he really transitioned well. Just about as aggressive and successful on header balls as anyone I’ve watched, and there’s a lot of shots in here to validate that claim. There’s also a good one of him catching one in the nose (below), because you can’t win them all! I’m certain he’d love to bang a few more goals in, but he’s a good defender. Of course El Dorado graduated a lot of boys, 14 seniors, so next year will be a totally different looking team and he may end up in a different spot. Daniel, Evan, Logan, and Dylan were all starters on defense and only Daniel remains. I did not shoot JV so I don’t know who might be coming up.
