2024 El Dorado Soccer KATIE

Here is the newest member of the Four for Four Club, Katie Park! Collages all four years! Freshman, Sophomore, Junior and now her senior post. Katie will be missed, no doubt about it. She likes to play more on the wings and carry the ball in and accelerate at hard angles just inside the box. It’s her signature move and defenders who are unprepared or misstep have to push, grab, or trip Katie or she will face the goalie alone. Often this move will draw a foul call which sends her to the dot for the penalty kick. I’ve seen it many times the last four years and even multiple times in a match. Of course the defender who doesn’t make a play is burned and Katie will bang it home regardless, but that’s more embarrassing. Ha. Katie is a Scholar Athlete all four years and was chosen the Female Scholar Athlete of the Year. She’s headed to USC, and will play soccer for the Trojans. Congratulations Katie!
