2022 Villa Park Soccer MIKAYLA

A great run for Villa Park Soccer this year, both boys and girls. After all the other local teams had been eliminated from CIF both Spartan teams were still going, so it was a no brainer for me to shoot bonus games for Mikayla, Rylie, and Chris. Another pull was that the games were at Fred Kelly which is hands down the best lit stadium around! I shot the girls at El Dorado and then a few times at home. Mikayla was stellar all season and earned her team’s Defensive Player of the Year Award. She’s a very involved goalie and communicates with her defenders, giving advice even when the ball is in the offensive zone. She stopped by the studio so we could get a center shot for the collage. I included a few favorites in here from that visit in case we ever want to do something else with them ;) I’ve done a lot of the collages and this one will always be memorable for me, rarely do the pictures just fall into place so perfectly, I love the overlaps in this one!
