2022 Rae Lynn Wedding
A nice change of pace from all the sports! Rae Lynn first asked me about shooting her wedding in June, seventeen months ago June! Along the way they decided to go with a backyard style wedding on their property in Cherry Valley but still wanted me to shoot it. A low key wedding with a casual dress code, a bonfire, corn hole, horseshoes, and barbecue! I was really worried about being late, especially with the 91 being worked on, so when I drove out I was early. I met Bob and he was still in his work clothes, prepping the yard for the party. When the Lucille’s truck pulled up I knew “low key” was still first class! A five minute ceremony, friendly conversation in every direction, with me snapping the smiles. It was great. They hired a one man band who arrived with his own stage and lights and absolutely impressed. He was a real pro with the loops and foot drum pads, really sounded great with a big sound. I made the newly minted couple pose for only a few formal shots after the ceremony. Afterwards I bagged a couple biscuits and apple butters for my wife and headed home a hero, she LOVES them! Here is a few favorites. B
