2022 La Serna Soccer Seniors W

Blogs originally were online journal entries and this one is like that, because I like to remember details later. Neat for me to get the call to shoot a La Serna team again, I did softball banners for four girls last year. This is the farthest school from me that I have done banners for. It was a very hot day and when I pulled my wagon full of gear into the perfectly air conditioned cafeteria I saw a huge area cleared out for me. It’s not always like that. I got set up, coach dropped in to meet me, and the girls arrived. We took the typical cute banner poses and then full body “bad ass” shots because there was mention they might like to replicate this 2021 EDHS image. I worked up a few banner ideas. Madelyn was added to the team and she and Abbi came to the studio for another go. My buddy had his smoke machine so we tried a couple outside for fun. They liked THAT enough to have me replicate it on the banners somewhat. After those were printed and arrived, they liked the attitude poses enough to make a second set of thinner, full body intimidation banners! Ha.
