2021 Yorba Linda Lacrosse Photo Day (W)

Some shoots are tougher than others! I shot these girls last year and I loved the photos, but this year was tougher! We had to reschedule, timing was off, girls were at other events, etc. The common covid related stuff. We decided to get it done we would shoot it at the stadium on a Sunday. When I got there something unexpected was happening on the turf, we couldn't bump them so we had to find another spot. We ended up on the field behind school and decided the school on the hill was a nice back drop. On Sundays there is a CIF rule that the coaches can’t be with players so I had to shoot the coaches and get them out of there before the girls arrived. So from the beginning I knew I’d be photoshopping them into the team photos. Shooting the girls I thought my color was off and I couldn’t understand why. You’ll see in the gallery I shot the girls at different angles trying to figure it out. It seemed to fix on it’s own after a battery change. More photoshopping!
