2021 El Dorado Footloose Prom

Here’s a quickie. I’m glad I was asked to be a part of this, the unofficial El Dorado Prom. For the first 90 minutes I was set up in a little nook for group photos. After posing with the Lamborghini moments earlier, old furniture didn’t seem to appeal to the kids. The bathroom down the hall had way more traffic. My real calling was candids anyway. I had my wife along holding the flash on a stick, giving us a great off camera look (girls above and posed couple below) but the time for those shots passed quickly as kids headed for the dance floor. When I realized the flash on a stick was worthless without more room, I stuck it on the camera, set my focus for 6-10 feet and went in. I mostly shot without looking, camera held high. I got some great shots and plenty of duds. The focus often got out of whack and I’d have to readjust. I polished up the ones you see here and every order will get the same treatment. Just three items here: Big Digital File (for printing), Little Digital File (for posting), and 5x7 prints. Thanks for having me out!
