2021 Studio CONNOR MAUTINO

Here’s Connor. I knew this kid was an athlete the first time I saw him playing for the Placentia Pony Pinto A’s. Eventually my son played on a team with him and I got to watch him play baseball for a season, followed by a few all-star games I was asked to shoot. The way he was built back then I had him pegged for high school football, and I even shot him later playing some flag football, but he turned out to have a passion for soccer. He shot up and grew his hair out, leaving his trademark buzz cut far behind him. Rebel. He plays a defensive mid position but isn’t afraid to carry the ball if the opportunity is there. He plays physical but has good speed, his touches are quick, and an he plays with an urgency to move the ball upfield. He’s committed to Lake Erie college in Ohio. Good stuff. Congratulations Connor.
