2021 El Dorado Cross Country

This was from about a week ago. I was out to shoot cross country for El Dorado. My job was to shoot anyone in a white jersey! There’s six races and it’s about a three and a half hour commitment but after doing it in 2019 and getting it figured out it’s a pretty stress free gig. As the day went on I found favorite places to be and was able to shoot the pack in three different spots. Early in the race it’s possible to miss a kid especially if a couple white jerseys are clumped in with the pack. With the kids running a planned route I found myself trying to set up pretty shots, making the most of the shadows and the scenery. Something you can’t do much at a football game!
