2019 LHCLL Minor A Rockies

I’m always excited to post completed Team Packages, but this one is a little special because it’s from La Habra City Little League. It’s like a first date, shooting for new parents in a new place. I was out during a weeknight and the sky was overcast so I used the 70-200 most of the time. The vibe is very accommodating and I was able to go wherever I wanted. At this age level the boys pitch, but if they get to four balls then the batter’s coach comes out to finish the job. The boys find a little courage and then coach lobs cookies up there, he strikes out a few! It makes for some long at bats as kids jump out of the way of pitches hoping to earn the coach. I felt like the visit was incomplete without sun and the bigger lens so I came back on a sunny Saturday for a few innings, which was great because one of the kids was missing the first game. Everyone will get a CD of their photos, including some Sloppy’s Specials. Lots of good stuff in here, over 500 photos all polished.
