2019 El Dorado Lacrosse Photo Day

This one wasn’t easy. For starters, my first Team Photo Shoot at night. Secondly, time was working against me. We scheduled this during their normal practice time and Coach still wanted to get his practice in. AND it was about to rain. As a matter of fact the Coach thought practice was going to have to be called off because of lightning. It turns out it was only me testing the flashes in his peripheral vision. Ha. But it DID start to rain before I finished, and I actually used Photoshop to remove some bright droplets on a few of the boy’s photos. I didn’t have the time to get creative with the lighting on the Individual Photos and went with two rented flashes offset a little. I shot in RAW and grimed them up a bit to get the boys to pop off the black background. Once we shot the last boy, we wiped the equipment with towels, packed it up, and got out of there! The boys were full into their drills as we pulled away in the rain. It could not have gone better under the circumstances. So this gallery is for re-orders and I also put my spin on the photos with sample Sloppy’s effects, if you’re into cool stuff like that! I will customize with your name wherever it needs it.
