2019 Valencia Varsity Soccer (W)

UPDATE: I went to the last game of the year for some bonus Makenna coverage. The goalie is my neighbor and photo assistant, and this is the end of her competitive soccer career. She wasn’t tested much in this game, but I got some good emotion shots and these blue jerseys are my favorite and they spice up the gallery a bit.

This one is from Monday of this week. I was out at Kennedy to shoot our Valencia Tigers and my part time photo assistant neighbor, Makenna the Goalie. Here’s the Kennedy Gallery on MaxPreps (CLICK). This was one of those games where I felt like I was in the wrong spot most of the game. When you’re focused on a goalkeeper you’re missing out on a lot of shots if the action isn’t on your end. Any time I’d move, the ball seemed to go where I just was. Eventually I ended up rooted in one end zone because I needed every bit of available sun in the second half. I polished up a bunch of these, but far from all. I may get out for another game, but I can’t say for sure so I’m posting this now. This is a Preview Gallery so you can see what I have. All of the photos have been cropped and all ordered photos will get the Sloppy's Treatment before they are sent out. I removed the duds, so if it’s in the gallery I believe it will be a good photo. I just don't have time to shine up everything beforehand.
