2018 Rosary Senior KAILEY

Here's Kailey doing some posing for me down at Wood's Cove in Laguna Beach. We hadn't planned on shooting here originally, but there was a lot less red tape getting a permit for here. This is the beach my dad grew up on, and the only one I was familiar with when I pressed for new location by the Permit Czar. It was way better than I imagined and I can't wait to go back. The small beach was virtually empty on both sides and aside from a couple sunset shooters, no one crossed our path, slowed us down, or even walked into our scenes by accident. The only downside to the shoot was the wind kicked up pretty good most of the visit. In some pictures I like it, but Kailey's straight hair didn't react the same as some bouncy curls. So there was a lot of fixing and pausing for gusts to stop. I also took a ton more than normal, hoping to get good stuff because of the wind.
