2014 GU11 Fullerton Rangers BLUE

An early start for this one. The caked on mud on the goalkeeper's cleats tells you a little bit about the conditions here. This was the first game of the day on this field, an 8am start. While it wasn't rainy, it was overcast for the match. I'm sure the mud was from overnight sprinklers and the field hadn't had enough sun to dry yet. Even the best kept soccer fields get worn down in midfield and in the keeper's area. Kaitlyn, one of the Ranger girls, is a friend and I had never seen her play.
